UNM Truman Health Services-UNM Truman Health Services was founded in 1985 to provide quality treatment and management of HIV/AIDS. Our Level 3 NCQA Patient Centered Medical Home continues to offer the highest level of care and the latest treatment options for New Mexicans living with HIV/Stage 3 (AIDS).
Southwest CARE Center-The focus of Southwest CARE Center is to provide a compassionate, patient-centered environment where everyone can feel comfortable and respected while receiving the highest quality health care available.
Alianza Family Services-Alianza Family Services was founded in 2008 by Debbie Kenny, Susan Shultz, and Tim Shultz. Susan and Debbie have more than a decade of combined experience working with people with disabilities under the New Mexico DD Waiver, while Tim brings extensive organizational and public policy experience managing government contracts for nonprofit organizations. Susan and Debbie conceived of Alianza while working for other DD Waiver providers where they saw many opportunities for improving services to bring greater stability and reliability for the clients and providers they support while meeting or exceeding State program standards.
Alianza Family Services was twice awarded the maximum 3-year accreditation by CARF International, an independent nonprofit accrediting agency of health and human service organizations.
New Mexico AIDS Services– New Mexico AIDS Services (NMAS) is a 501(c)3 non-profit community based organization whose mission is to enhance the quality of life for people and communities affected by HIV/AIDS through innovative and comprehensive services, support, and prevention education.
NMAS provides high quality and non-judgmental science-based health promotion, with disease prevention interventions that are focused on the community, the family, and the client.
First Nations Community Healthsource-First Nations Community HealthSource (FNCH) is a private, nonprofit organization created in 1972 as the Albuquerque Urban Indian Health Clinic. FNCH is a Federally Qualified Health Center and New Mexico’s Urban Indian Health program. First Nations Community HealthSource is a Federal Tort Claims Act (FTCA) deemed health center and is recognized as a Level 2 Patient Centered Medical Home Accredited Health Center by the National Center on Quality Assurance (NCQA).
